I created a logo as well as a website for a project I have been working on. Mimosa's Mission is close to my heart. My cat Mimosa tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) when he was a kitten, and we were not sure what this meant for him. Mimosa's Mission is an organization I have been working towards creating to raise awareness about FeLV. The goal is to increase the education behind FeLV: what it is, how it can be spread, and how it can be prevented. We also wanted to create a support network for those who currently have cats with FeLV.
Logo
I created the logo based off of my actual cat Mimosa's head outline. I wanted something that was simple, but also still represented him. When I was looking for a font to use for the name, I wanted a way to represent all the unique detailing in his fur, so I decided that a script font would add a little something extra to play on these details.
